Anneke enjoys the variety: a nice project, a nice lesson, a chat with a parent or a high five in the hallway. No day is the same, and that is what makes the work so vibrant.

About the kids

Working towards something together with the children creates a nice dynamic, in which everyone's qualities are used and developed. “Seeing the children take steps in their development and are allowed to be part of it gives energy.”

About working with parents

Parents are active at Twickel in many ways: in the leftover, fluff, library, as a class parent, in the MR of OR, and in all kinds of hand services in and around the classroom. Their involvement is essential. In addition, Anneke sees parents as educational partners:
