The Tandem
A temporary place for children who get stuck
The Tandem is a special class for (presumably) gifted children who are at risk of getting stuck at their own school. It is an initiative of the Haarlemmermeer Cooperation and is located in Twickel primary school.
Children are placed with a TLV and can stay in De Tandem for up to two years. During this time, they receive appropriate education and guidance so that they can move on in a place that suits them.
